Nana Ama Nkansah is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana with over a decade of experience in research and the creative arts industry with her last stint in the industry as the Operations and Administrative Manager of Nubuke Foundation, a leading arts and cultural institution in Ghana. She brings strong managerial, creative problem-solving, and organisational skills to her legal practice.

Her practice interests include corporate law and governance, property acquisition and management, debt recovery and portfolio management, and transactional law. She also advises start-ups and supports the establishment and growth of emerging businesses in Ghana. An alumnus of the University of Cape Coast and GIMPA, she holds a Qualifying Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Cape Coast, teaching critical thinking, procurement law, and corporate law. She is passionate about building efficient systems, setting up nascent businesses and helping businesses turn their aspirations into reality, one step at a time.

Enoch Ilori is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana with expertise spanning law, environmental management and policy, agricultural biotechnology, and Sustainable development. He has a Qualifying Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law, and an MA in Environmental Management and Policy, and is called to the Ghana Bar.

He brings over eight years of experience in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, policy communication, project coordination and programme management, managing substantial project funds.

His legal interests include environmental and natural resources law, agricultural law, land and property, corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on practical, informed and client-centred legal solutions.
